Architetto,
si forma culturalmente a Roma avvicinandosi sin dagli inizi della sua
attività progettuale alle posizioni moderniste del gruppo facente
capo a Libera e a Terragni, partecipando nel 1928 alla Prima Esposizione
Italiana di Architettura Razionale a Roma ed aderendo al MIAR (Movimento
Italiano per l'Architettura Razionale).
Attivo a Torino, impegnato sui temi del razionalismo, la sua architettura
è caratterizzata sin dal '26 (Concorso per le Terme Littorie) da
una spiccato strutturalismo, con una sensibilità che per certi
versi lo avvicina alle esperienze espressioniste, e che lo porterà
a legarsi attorno agli anni '30 al gruppo dei razionalisti torinesi, a
stretto contatto con i futuristi.
As
an architect, Aloisio's cultural formation took place in Rome where, right
from the start, he was close to the modernist positions of the group led
by Adalberto Libera and Giuseppe Terragni.
As a member of this group, MIAR (Italian Movement for Rational Architecture)
he took part in the First Italian Exhibition of Rational Architecture
in Rome, in 1928.
He moved to Turin and became involved with the Rationalists there and
after 1926 his architecture had already become strongly expressive structurally,
as for instance in his competition project for the Terme Littorie ("the
Bathhouses of the Lictors").
This showed a sensibility that was in some ways more that of an Expressionist
and which in the 1930s eventually led Aloisio to form ties with the Turin
Rationalists and Futurists.

per concorsi é manifesto uno spiccato "lirismo" delle
masse, inteso come capacità di comunicare valori fortemente emotivi
al di là di ogni esigenza puramente strutturale o funzionalista.
Like his other
competition projects this design shows is a very marked "lyricism"
in the arrangement of the massing which can be interpreted as an ability
to communicate strong emotion that goes beyond the merely structural or
functionalist.
